Rubber compounds are produced for the needs of the manufacturing plants as well as outside customers.
We offer a wide range of rubber compounds (available in many colors), produced mainly with the use of the following types of rubber: NR, BR, SBR, NBR, IIR, CR and EPDM. Physical-chemical parameters of compounds are specified by the Technical Conditions.
There is also a possibility of developing rubber compound recipes according to customer’s individual quality requirements.
The minimum order depends on the compound density and amounts to:
220-240 kg for mixer compounds, 40-50 kg for breakdown mill compounds.
Rubber Compounds are sold in irregular sheets or tapes in accordance with customer’s requirements.
